Job Description
As a Commercial Executive at NielsenIQ, you will play a crucial role in driving our ambitious goals to win, grow, and retain our SMB client base. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on communicating NielsenIQ solutions and services that align with their future business and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, understanding their business strategies and objectives to support their growth.
Revenue Generation: Identify untapped client opportunities and generate revenue by translating client needs into NielsenIQ services and solutions.
Client Support: Provide day-to-day support, answer questions, and offer training, advice, and assistance to clients.
Training: Train clients to effectively use NielsenIQ products and services.
Best Practices: Deliver best practice procedures and materials to ensure consistent client communication.
Revenue Opportunities: Identify and drive additional revenue opportunities through analytics solutions.
CRM Management: Manage CRM, contracts, and renewals.
Team Culture: Support and foster a vibrant, high-performance culture that drives results.
Team Participation: Engage in team incentives and campaigns to increase visibility of SMB services and encourage a friendly, competitive atmosphere.
Sales Training: Participate in sales training and sharing sessions to promote sales best practices and communicate client news and successful strategies.

Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of the issues and needs facing FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
Sales Experience: Experience in direct sales, sales development, or account management, with a desire to join a global company with significant progression potential.
Sector Experience: Ideally, experience in the FMCG sector or equivalent, with an appreciation of NielsenIQ and/or competitor products, services, and data.
Data Insight: Understanding of data, insight, and category marketing, either from an agency or client background.
