최근 자동차 시장은 전동화, 자율주행, 커넥티비티 신기술 등이 활발하게 적용되어 새로운 가치를 제공하고 있으며, 자동차 시장에 대한 연구 역시 상품과 기계적 관여도 뿐 아니라 소비자에게 전달하는 가치가 무엇인지를 파악하는 것이 중요해지고 있습니다.
닐슨아이큐 오토 본부는 유수의 글로벌 자동차 업체와 함께 글로벌 시장에 대한 새로운 가치에 대한 검증으로 전략을 도출하고 있습니다.
- 신차 출시 전 소비 Needs 및 컨셉 평가를 통한 신차 개발 및 상품 제안
- 신차 상품 기획 측면 비즈니스 정합성 (시장성) 평가
- 신차 출시를 위한 포지셔닝 및 런칭 전략 조사
- 신차 출시 후 소비자 반응 및 경험에 대한 초기 반응 평가
- 전체 시장 관점에서의 신규 기회 요소 Identify 및 시장 분류(Clustering)
- 현 브랜드 현장 접점에서의 광고/판매/서비스 점검 (미스터리 쇼핑)

Recently, the automotive industry is rapidly evolving with the adoption of electrification, autonomous driving, and new connectivity technologies, delivering new value to consumers. As a result, automotive market research is no longer just about products and mechanical aspects—it is increasingly important to understand the value delivered to consumers.
The main task of the Nielsen IQ Automotive Division is to derive strategies by verifying new values in the global market with leading global automotive companies
- Identifying consumer needs and evaluating concepts before new vehicle launches to support vehicle development and product proposals
- Assessing business feasibility (marketability) from a new vehicle planning perspective
- Conducting positioning and launch strategy research for new vehicle releases
- Evaluating initial consumer reactions and experiences after a new vehicle launch
- Identifying new market opportunities and conducting market segmentation (clustering) from a holistic market perspective
- Evaluating advertising, sales, and service performance at brand touchpoints through mystery shopping.

Responsibilities
- PnP 프로젝트 실행 및 고객 커뮤니케이션
- 프로젝트 제안서 작성
- 질문지 작성 및 조사 실사 관리
- 데이터 분석 및 보고서 작성
- PnP project execution & client communication
- Preparing project proposal
- Preparing survey questionnaire & maintenance of research fieldwork
- Data analysis & writing a report
Qualifications
- 학사학위 이상
- 업무 경력 2 -6년 (리서치 외 타 인더스트리 근무 경력 무관)
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 선호
- 적극적이고 협조적인 태도
- 분석 및 프레젠테이션 능력과 고객 서비스 마인드를 갖춘 사람
- University or College Graduate / Bachelor’s degrees or above
- Business career of 2-6 years (regardless of industry, which is not limited to field of research)
- Korean communication skills is a must, liberate in English is preferred
- Active and cooperative attitude.
- Require analytic/presentation skill & commitment to provide high quality research to clients
