Job Description
Position Objective:
Managing a small team of researchers, and executing research projects, building long-term relationships with the company's clients, and working on the NIQ brand's market image.
Responsibilities for this position:
- Leading the team in a way that fosters a good atmosphere and achieves the expected financial results for the team.
- Offering and supporting sales in various research areas (image, advertising, market trends, segmentation, decision-making processes, etc., as well as analyses using passive data – with the support of other team members).
- Conducting ad-hoc research projects for clients from various industries, specifically:
- Selecting appropriate research tools to answer the client's business questions.
- Collaborating with the operations team in project execution.
- Preparing results and presenting them to the client in collaboration with a Sales department member.
- Building long-term relationships with existing and new clients by offering and delivering insights tailored to specific needs that support business decisions.
- Achieving financial and quality goals related to client service.
- Expanding the client portfolio and upselling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing research projects on the agency side, across various sectors and methodologies, especially in brand research, advertising, and segmentation.
- Experience in leading a team of researchers will be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in independently managing projects, analytical thinking, and drawing conclusions from numerical data, as well as developing operational recommendations.
- Presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, including in client presentations.
- Openness, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate.
