Job Description

Location: Anywhere in Spain

We are looking for a talented Product Manager with strong communication, project management, and analytical skills to join our Retail Analytics (RGM) team.  Experience in data analysis, data interpretation or pricing analytics is a big plus. 

You will own, coordinate, and conduct product management activities aimed at developing and enhancing our new end-to-end data analysis tool. The tool is designed to transform big data (disaggregated store-week-product level) into digestible DaaS pricing reports and Power BI dashboards, ultimately driving retailer success and growth in the USA and Canada. 

You will collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Developers, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Customer Engagement team and Users. You will have support of our other Product Mangers and serve as key decision-maker in accepting features from our development teams. 

Your work will be essential in bringing our product vision to life. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Transform Requirements: Convert requirements into clear and concise Epics, Stories, and Acceptance criteria. 

  • Evaluate Solutions: Assess proposed solutions (data transformation, methodology, business logic) by synthesizing knowledge into pros and c

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure stakeholders have the information they need. 

  • User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new features. 

  • Feature Acceptance: Test, provide feedback, and ultimately accept features built by the development team. Make sure they meet scalability man 

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes. 

  • Training: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on new features and functionalities. 

  • QUALIFICATIONS 

  • At least 4 years of relevant job experience in Product Management, Data Analytics or a similar role. 

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills 

  • English fluency is required. 

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear product deliverables (Epics/Stories). 

  • Proficient user of Jira, PowerPoint/Figma 

  • At least a basic understanding of Cloud-based data storage, Processing. Relational Databases, SQL, Excel, Power Point, Data Visualization (e.g. Power BI). 

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and product roadmaps. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

  • Knowledge of NIQ data or previous experience in NIQ is a plus. 

  • International work experience is an asset.
