Job Description

Operations Expert in Market Intelligence team responsible for managing on-time data receival and the accuracy, product identification, data queries handling and operational tasks. The role also have the opportunity to work with teams located in other markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure on-time data receival from external partners and on-going improvement
  • Conduct quality check on raw and processed data
  • On-time delivery under desired schedule with high quality
  • Timely resolving queries raised by operation and commercial teams
  • Managing the E2E Data Supply process and improvement, support on implement global tools and process
  • Engaging with external parties

Qualifications

 

  • Degree holder in Business, Statistics or related fields
  • 3-4 years’ working experience in Data Supply, Wholesale & Distribution, Market Research or related fields, experience on handling POS data is a plus
  • Interests in consumer technology and home appliances products, with experience on product identification/ coding is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced knowledge
  • Good knowledge of software applications; internet search and desk research
  • Logical and systematic mind-set, attention to details and good numerical sense
  • Good organizer with the ability to priorities and multi-tasks; able to think rationally under pressure. With experience on project coordination is a plus
  • Outgoing, good relationship building and team player
  • Quick learner, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and discipline
  • Good time management skill; action orientated and driven to get things done
  • Strong in reading Chinese and English is a must
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediate available preferred
