Job Description
Responsibilities
• Engaging with Universities in China region and creating student's database for full time and internships opening with NielsenIQ
• Serve as the primary point of contact for early career candidates, universities and hiring departments and manage EC projects in China.
• Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and understand key requirements for EC recruitment and social recruitment, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
• Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, etc.
• Proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin Recruiter, networking events, local job boards, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
• Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives and attracting a diverse candidate slate
• Support global and regional TA projects and other tasks upon assignme
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administrations, psychology or equivalent is preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in handling early career as well as social recruitment.
• Have Project Management experience and experience of finding passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking in English
• Detail-oriented, able to do multi-task in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Self-motivation, strong time management and organizational skills
