We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Analytics and Insights Sales team in Kazakhstan, based in Almaty. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Advanced Analytics solutions, but also other ad-hoc services like Consumer Insights or/and Innovation. 

Job Description

Job Scope:

Support new and existing clients in the field of Advanced Analytics, Consumer Insights and Innovation in order to achieve the planned revenue, profit, profitability and customer satisfaction. Proactively search for new clients and opportunities on the market focusing on FMCG but also other industries.

Job responsibilities:

1. Independently sell Advanced Analytics services, but also Consumer Insights and Innovation, successfully assess the needs of our clients and proactively offer solutions related to AAC/CMI/Innovation in order to achieve sales targets.

  • Business development to achieve target team’s objectives (financial and commercials). 
  • Partnering with local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities (joint business planning)
  • Scope projects responsibly to meet SA&I profitability targets and ensuring feasibility by partnering with the Solution expert, Customer Success and Operations teams,

2. Support the Manager in the level of engagement with clients and secure customer satisfaction by supporting clients through answering their concerns and questions and through on-site / off site client consultancy work.

3.Building SA&I portfolio awareness in and outside of organization: presenting on conferences, clients and internal events

4. Execute the AAC/CMI business plan as well as proactively search for opportunities on the market, make suggestions for improvement, gather client requirements from commercial teams.

5. Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective market. Manage pipeline and provide weekly input for forecasting sales.

6. Continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to NIQ tools and services.

7. Use NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers, make recommendations and proposals.

8. Collaborate with other departments in NielsenIQ

9. Be compliant & responsive to financial discipline rules and to other reporting needs by using the appropriate NielsenIQ tools. Ensure internal processes are followed, including adherence to tracking customer and transactional information in CRM system and other sales and operational processes.

Role Requirements:

Essential: 

  • Bachelor degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or related area.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical - statistical - logic skills.
  • Exceptional ability for market / category analysis.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency & accountability to drive client outcomes.
  • Speaking and writing Russian and English fluently.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams.
  • Competent negotiator with good influencing skills.

Preferred:

  • Masters degree in an above mentioned field.
  • 3+ years cross-function experience.
  • Broad industry knowledge.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
