Job Description
Position Summary
The MDM Project Analyst at NIQ will be responsible for actively participating in Ongoing projects related to the ERP migrations and implementation of new systems. Your primary focus will be ensuring all project deliverables are completed as per the project timelines including testing, validating, moving the changes from quality to live environment among others. This position requires strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing: Will be primarily responsible for creating test scripts based on different scenario and executing the test scripts. Also make sure to have adequate documentation around the testing.
- Project management: Responsible for actively participating in Corporate/ global project calls and conducting internal project activities.
- Timelines: Important to adhere to the project timelines and flag any issues.
- Controls: Implement controls and checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of Master data. Regularly review and cleanse data to prevent and correct inaccuracies.
- Process Improvement: Identify, document and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, IT, operations, legal, and tax teams, as required on the project. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support various reporting and compliance initiatives.
- Training and Support: Offer guidance and training to other team members on the new implementations / changes.
- Reporting and analytics: Analyze / interpret data trends and provide on-going analytical support through the utilization of data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Master Data Analyst or in a similar role, a proven experience with ERP systems particularly in managing and analyzing financial data.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills with ERP platforms, especially in financial modules. Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Project management: Should have experience in ERP migration (SAP) and new system implementation projects.
- Analytical abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on detail and data accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively interacting with and influencing various stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience in Macros or Automation preferred.
