Our accurate, detail-oriented BI Analysts roll up their sleeves to provide analytical support for special projects, ad-hoc reviews and other communication to internal stakeholders. They also gain global experience in an engaging, multicultural work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (eg. PowerBI).
- Provide regular, accurate, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Visualization:
- Create visually appealing and understandable data visualizations to communicate complex information effectively.
- Ensure that data visualizations align with business objectives and user requirements.
- Data Cleaning and Transformation:
- Clean and preprocess raw data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Transform and structure data to meet the needs of various business units.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with business users and the Global Finance Teams to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Development team to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, BI tools, and best practices.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Data Science or equivalent degree
- Around 2-3 year of experience in financial and/or business intelligence positions
- Able to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI)
- Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Alteryx)
- Advanced usage of MS Excel (VBA would be an asset)
- Knowledge of OneStream / HFM / SAP would be a plus
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders, incl. senior leaders
- Ability to carry out tasks independently
