Job Description

En tant qu'analyste financier principal, vous apporterez votre soutien à l'ensemble de la planification financière, de l'analyse et de l'établissement de rapports pour les dépenses du marché canadien.

 

Responsabilités :

· Veiller à ce que les rapports reflètent les opérations et soient conformes aux politiques.

· La fonction principale est de planifier et de surveiller la performance financière et de fournir des recommandations en matière de systèmes et de processus. Il s'agit notamment de :

· Planification financière - coordination et exécution des processus de planification financière, y compris la collecte et la consolidation des données et des rapports.

· Rapports financiers - rapports de gestion mensuels, trimestriels et ad hoc à l'intention des responsables hiérarchiques internes et du service financier de l'entreprise pour le suivi des performances, y compris les rapports sur la ligne de mire, ainsi que le soutien nécessaire pour permettre la réalisation des objectifs financiers.

· Analyse financière - y compris l'identification des risques et des opportunités et la fourniture d'informations sur les écarts.

· Projets spéciaux - participation à des équipes interfonctionnelles et soutien à l'exécution de changements dans les politiques.

· Améliorer de manière proactive les processus actuels et les domaines d'efficacité en matière de rapports et de prévisions.

 

Qualifications :

· 3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans le domaine financier

· Le titre de CPA est requis

· Compétences en consultation démontrées

· Parfaitement bilingue à l'oral et à l'écrit

· MS365, Excel (avancé), Powerpoint (avancé),

· Expérience préalable de l'utilisation de systèmes financiers d'entreprise - PBI, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday - non requise mais un atout

· Solides compétences en matière de gestion de projet, d'organisation et de gestion financière

· Excellentes compétences en matière de réconciliation, d'analyse et de présentation

· Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à travailler de manière autonome.

· Le candidat doit avoir l'esprit d'équipe et être capable de s'adapter à un environnement dynamique et matriciel.

 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide support for all financial planning, analysis and reporting for Canada market expenses.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that reporting is reflective of operations and compliant with policies.

· Primary function is to plan and monitor financial performance and provide systems and process recommendations. This will include:

· Financial Planning - coordination and execution of financial planning processes including collection and consolidation of data and reporting

· Financial Reporting - monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reporting to both internal line managers and Corporate Finance for performance tracking including Line of Sight reporting along with support required to enable delivery of financial objectives

· Financial Analysis - including risk and opportunity identification and provision of insight to variances

· Special Projects - participation in cross-functional teams and support in execution of change in policies

· Proactively improving current processes and areas of efficiency with reporting and forecasting

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of financial experience

· CPA designation is required

· Demonstrated consultative skills

· Fluent bilingual verbal and written skills

· MS365, Excel (advanced), Powerpoint (advanced),

· Prior experience using enterprise financial systems – PBI, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday – not require but an asset

· Strong project management, organizational and financial management skills

· Excellent reconciliation, analytical and presentation skills

· Ability to troubleshoot and work autonomously

· Must be a team player and able to adapt to a dynamic and matrix environment
