Job Description
As a bilingual (English/French) Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide support for all financial planning, analysis and reporting for Canada market expenses.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that reporting is reflective of operations and compliant with policies.
· Primary function is to plan and monitor financial performance and provide systems and process recommendations. This will include:
- Financial Planning - coordination and execution of financial planning processes including collection and consolidation of data and reporting
- Financial Reporting - monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reporting to both internal line managers and Corporate Finance for performance tracking including Line of Sight reporting along with support required to enable delivery of financial objectives
- Financial Analysis - including risk and opportunity identification and provision of insight to variances
- Special Projects - participation in cross-functional teams and support in execution of change in policies
- Proactively improving current processes and areas of efficiency with reporting and forecasting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of financial experience
- CPA designation is required
- Demonstrated consultative skills
- Fluent bilingual (English/French) verbal and written skills
- MS365, Excel (advanced), Powerpoint (advanced),
Prior experience using enterprise financial systems – PBI, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday – not require but an asset
Strong project management, organizational and financial management skills
- Excellent reconciliation, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and work autonomously
- Must be a team player and able to adapt to a dynamic and matrix environment
