Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides help and support to our key Clients day to day by answering questions, resolving issues and providing market expertise and knowledge of Nielsen RMS product;
- Creates and formalizes new approaches to implement based on the Client requests, to ensure the commitments and expectations are met / exceeded;
- Identifies client’s business needs and ways to resolve them through Retail Audit database;
- Proactively proposes client solutions to make simpler, more sustainable, less costly maintenance of the client database;
- Translates client needs into instructions, suitable for execution for all internal departments to ensure the commitments and expectations are met / exceeded;
- Provides direct support to clients / client service organization in case a client raises a data quality issue. Ensures relevant actions are put in place;
- Builds a productive relationship with internal stakeholders: Sales and Operation departments. Creates and implements new approaches and enhances existing processes of internal cooperation;
- Manages expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master degree of leading Universities is preferable (primary specialities - economics, mathematics, statistics economics/marketing)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good relationship management skills
- Client orientation
- Good Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
