Job Description
- Monitor, support, communicate, track and ensure E2E operating process flow for the GDA COE functional team's stakeholders the required information, instructions, perform, maintainance, generate, follow, report and solve in the BAU issues to help the operation flow properly in the back office/field/factory of a compliance and efficent plans.This role is accountable for receiving, analyzing, inputing and setting up the required information, instructions, training and/or system settings for the IO CoE functional teams and the other BUs stakeholders to perform their work in the backoffice/field/.
- Lead the alignments and conversation with other GDA COEs functional teams and other business units, that all inputs and processes are received and executed respectively according to timelines
- Ensures all the work is completely planned in the time requested by the activity business- Ensures accurate data in all relevant CDAR modules- Communicates when UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and give follow up to them by raising tickets until solution is applied
- Responsible for managing all aspects of auditor work assignment- Responsible for audit plan generation for different services, searching for the most efficient routes for the auditors, decresing T&E for the Field team- Analyzes the auditor plans to make recommendations for improvement and efficienes as well as execution of forcasting plans for future needs or improvements
- Generate KPI´s and follow support to ensure the compliances of action plans- Tracking of Auditor plans execution for non-compliance in order to understand root causes and when corresponds, create action plans which helps auditor to be compliant- Complies with security levels and data protection protocols.
- Accountable for the Collector Definition set up which contains the collection specifications and rules to be apply during the auditing process
- Processes new resources / new project / new audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool)- Assign certifications to Auditors with input from and certify QCTEs- Maintans existing resources / project / audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools)
- Creates/Maintains Master Catalogs, which are master files that are created and loaded during the set-up and maintained by the user during the production
- Creates/Maintains Work Orders/JOs which contain the (internal/external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured- Maintains standardization & synergy in CDAR set up

- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams- Advanced English skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge (Macro design desirable)
- Data analysis (Ability to interrogate raw Data, to draw conclusions and make recommendations)
