Job Description
We’re looking for young and energetic person to join our Employee Experience team as an Intern:
In this role the selected person will:
- Supports local business as usual (BAU), HR operations and administration
- Answers employee queries, maintaining accurate employee data and connecting associates with the right tools
- Updates internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gathers payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Supports local Market HR Partners when it comes to HR administrative processes
- Executes administrative work pertaining to standard letters, documents, and agreements
Requirements:
- Experience with MS Office
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Basic Knowledge of core HR processes & procedures will be considered as an advantage
- Experience on a similar intern HR role is a plus
