Job Description

Coordinate back office activities to ensure timely follow-up and compliance of collection processes, generating indicators of quality, performance, productivity, costs, etc. to facilitate decision making by the Delivery Leader.  

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of inputs required by the Retail, NIV, RRES and CPS teams with other areas for the execution of their processes ensuring timely delivery.  
  • Generate KPI's for RMS, NIV, RRES and CPS Teams and define action plans to ensure compliance with objectives.
  • Identify issues presented during the collection period of the three services (RMS, NIV, RRES) for root cause analysis and definition of action plans.  
  • Implement internal quality improvement projects.
  • Follow-up on compliance with commitments with other areas, as well as communication on deviations from plans, identifying risks and minimizing impacts. 
  • Follow up on RAP processes, verifications and CI's.
  • Coordinate quality initiatives and represent the RRES, NIV, RMS and CPS Team in interdisciplinary projects with the GDDC, Stat Op, PL, PM, DBL, QCT Teams, among others. 
  • Oversee set up activities and execution of RRES collection.  Approval of the digital questionnaire to meet quality standards, alignment of the service procedures manual, among others. 

Qualifications

  • Economic-Administrative career (Bachelor's degree completed). 
  • 4+ years of experience in Field Operations. 
  • 2+ years leading work teams.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • Training in analysis and problem solving.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or similar.    
  • Detail oriented and Data analysis.
  • Proven proficiency in leading teams, ability to create, consolidate and report KPI’s.
