We're now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating qualified leads and sales opportunities for our sales team. Your main focus will be on identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and establishing strong relationships that drive company growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to identify business opportunities, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will have the following key accountabilities:

Research and qualify potential leads through various sources, including databases, social networks, and events.

• Make phone calls and send emails to initiate conversations with potential customers and uncover business opportunities.

• Identify the needs and challenges of potential customers and connect them with the appropriate sales team to move forward with the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and follow-up in our CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transfer of qualified leads and a clear understanding of goals and priorities.

 

Now that we've introduced you to the position as Sales Development Representative (SDR) what skill, qualifications and experience should you have?

• Previous sales experience (3-5 years), preferably in a lead generation or prospecting role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.

• Strong orientation towards achieving goals and results.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.

• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.

• Fluency in Spanish and English needed. Portuguese language is a plus.
