Job Description

Media Measurement Hub (GSC MM) is a global operations department located in Sofia. As a centralized operations Hub it includes roles with various support and professional job profiles, working closely with all country Operations teams, as well as many global Technology and Product teams. The department provides wide range of services, including helpdesk support, data and systems monitoring, data pipelines configuration and processing, data extracts and prep for client products, as well as data science and analytics.

The “Panel Application Support Expert” will work primarily with our Switzerland Media Measurement operations team on maintaining their eRAM (Electronic Radio Audience Measurement) panel management applications and online panel management portal (CMS). He or she will also work closely with various technology teams supporting further development of these applications.

Key Activities :

  • Work on supporting the eRAM panel daily operations of the Switzerland Media Measurement team
  • Maintain and service an MS Access and VBA based application used for panel incentivization
  • Support small adjustments to the application code when necessary
  • Work close with software engineers on planning and migrating the application code (to Python)
  • Maintain and upkeep the eRAM panel CMS (Atlas) portal
  • Support adjustments and updates to the content of the panel CMS
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams on improvements to the panel CMS

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Work or hands-on experience with MS Access, VBA and SQL
  • Experience with HTML, image editing, JavaScript (possibly PHP / CSS)
  • Attention to detail and interest in learning new skills
  • Good understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies
  • Excellent level of English language, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge or experience with Python is considered an advantage
