Job Description
Your tasks:
- Support the preparation and review of company contracts
- Assure all necessary clauses and details are included in contracts
- Coordinate with legal, commercial and compliance departments when necessary
- Coordinate signing of client contracts & other type of documents
- Remain up to date with group legal policy changes that could affect current and future contracts
- Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
- Maintain a specific follow-up, covering both administrative and financial details, for international deals
- Provide assistance with all administrative tasks to the Finance Team
Qualifications
Your skills:
- Fluent in French and English - written and spoken - mandatory requirement
- 2 to 3 years of experience as contract administrator or related role
- Familiarity with business, finance, and accounting terminology
- Has strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Familiarity with basic clauses involved in contracts
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
