Job Description

Key Accountabilities 

In this Strategic Leadership Role, you will be responsible for the Project Management of all ad’hoc research (currently BASES and CMI projects) across Strategic Analytics & Insight for APAC reporting into the SA&I Customer Success regional leader. Key responsibilities encompass delivering with excellence while maintaining delivery standards and driving high operational efficiency. Specifically: act as end-to-end project management leader for the region, which includes oversight of bidding, project coordination, field coordination; partner with Operations team on programming, translation, data quality, coding, cata processing and vendor management. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Support the Regional Customer Success lead in designing the project management teams for the region 
  • Support the Regional Customer Success lead in managing the P&L of the cluster including W&S and T&E budgets 
  • Support hub strategy for market and product lines (including hub forecast planning with hub as relevant) 
  • Coordinate and drive cross-training programs in order to maximize solution and delivery excellence, expertise, and staffing flexibility 
  • Set and measure a high level of delivery standards driving client satisfaction (internal and external clients) across bidding, project coordination and field management  
  • Ensure that all elements of the projects completed with quality and on time 
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other Customer Success teams across the region  
  • Coordinate with Operations teams to: 

                   -  ensure seamless handover to production/data management teams                                      (including programming check/sign off) 

                   -  optimize use of most qualified, relevant, and competitive vendors for a                                 given project 

                   -   partner on data quality as relevant 

  • Coordinate and support with regional Sales partners on client and project revenue growth, retention, and profitability 
  • Represent Project Management at key client meetings engagements as relevant 
  • Promote collaboration across teams within the region, as well as across regions, contributing to maintain global project management best practices and standards  
  • Improve speed, target reductions in cycle time across ad hoc methods 
  • Drive high level employee engagement and retention 
  • Identify and develop key talents 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability to drive organizational efficiency  

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Market Research leadership roles 
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred, or equivalent experience 
  • Proven leader of high performing teams 
  • Knowledge in sales processes in CPG companies, customers, modern and traditional market 
  • Good knowledge of NielsenIQ products, services and data preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Proven experience in leading teams, managing people, and developing talent  
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams  
  • Capable to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations & resolve client issues

  • Experience in driving organizational transformation is a plus
