Job Description

This is a short term position that could start immediately till the end of December 2024 only. Hybrid model of work.

Your mission will be to implement and develop digital acquisition campaigns, maximizing customer growth at cost-effective levels. 

The primary duties of this position include developing digital advertising campaigns, reviewing analytics, and making appropriate suggestions based on the resulting data.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will : 

  • Be responsible for Manage Performance Digital MKT Campaigns (including the paid social channels, Facebook – Tik Tok – Twitter, Paid Search and Inapp Recruitment, etc.) through end-to-end management of strategy, execution, optimization, and insight generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with members of our team, analytics, creative, and technology groups to build, develop and execute Digital marketing campaigns for Acquisition Channels. This includes A/B tests and the introduction of new operational processes.
  •  Execute media-buying across several Latam and EU territories, ensuring optimizations to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-focus
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) including financial performance.

 

Qualifications

You are the right candidate if you have...

  • experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role
  • You are Digital Marketing Student.
  • A strong understanding of Paid Social, Paid Search or in App Conversions landscape.
  • A good understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs.
  • Fluency in English.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience using Facebook Business Manager (FBM) as well as leveraging other social platforms and digital channels (email Mkt, affiliates, Online Display, MMP Platforms, etc.)
