Job Description

The Quote to Cash (Q2C) team is responsible for developing automated solutions for pricing, contracting and associated processes to provide the NIQ sales teams with more time to generate revenue. The Q2C team has two workstreams – Configure / Price / Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).  The Q2C Business Analyst position is a member of this team. This role is responsible for defining business requirements, working with developers to implement and test new features, and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities 

  • Gather and define business requirements, based on NielsenIQ global Commercial, Finance, and Pricing teams goals and objectives 
  • Coordinate with the development team to translate business requirements into development tasks effectively, according to Agile methodology 
  • Answer development questions about the reasoning for user stories or tasks and evaluate the solution/solutions provided by the development team 
  • Work alongside the Q2C leadership team to manage and prioritize a detailed project schedule and work plan and decide which user stories from the product backlog could go live in production based on the business goals and objectives 
  • Drive leadership buy-in to proposed solutions by performing product demonstrations to stakeholders from NielsenIQ global Commercial, Finance, and Pricing & Contracting teams 
  • Develop testing personas and usage scenarios for the end users of the product 
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure business requirements are met 
  • Document the process and assist the creation of training materials, provide input, and support the design and delivery of training programs for end users 
  • Create communication plans to drive user adoption 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and standarization in NielsenIQ’s Quote to Cash global processes 
  • Analyze user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a business or technical business analyst 
  • Fluency in English (Must) 
  • Experience with pricing, contracting, billing or quote to cash software preferred 
  • Experience using sales software (CRM, CPQ, CLM) is highly preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Experlogix and Conga apps preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology field or equivalent experience 
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a team-based setting, work across regions, and work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
