RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of B2B customers from FMCG industry;
- Ability to sell the core services effectively, identification of specific customer needs in accordance with Brandbank strategy;
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer portfolio and monitoring of satisfaction on a regular basis;
- Planning, managing and negotiating renewals to ensure the growth of service;
- Responsibility for new business with existing customers;
- Converting leads and potentials to new customers;
- Providing necessary support to the customers via internal systems including orders raising
- Communication with the Operation teams;
- Problem-solving and handling customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience and proven sales results (Preferably in Market Research/ Sales/ Marketing/Trade Marketing) - Related industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consultative Sales, B2B
- Previous experience in the field where goals have to be achieved and strong will to overcome defined personal and company goals
- Fluent in Slovak/Czech, excellent English written, verbal and communication skills
- Good level of communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Negotiation skills
- Experience at working with (preferably B2B) customers is a must
- Experience at Account Manager position is beneficial
- Experience in FMCG, IT or eCommerce sales is beneficial
