We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Analytics and Insights Sales team in Kazakhstan, based in Almaty. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Advanced Analytics solutions and Consumer Research products.

ABOUT THE JOB

In this Senior Sales Executive role, you will be responsible for the relationship of NielsenIQ’s Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business with local clients in Kazakhstan, fostering profitable revenue, and increasing awareness of the broader SA&I portfolio.
The person will be cooperating closely with the execution team, operation team, and data analytics teams internally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales to strategic Client/s (identifying opportunities, running capability meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating proposals);
  • Participate in strategic account sales plans building and execute dedicated part of it.
  • Developing consumer insights business with new Clients: identifying needs, building relations, building awareness of research solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating.
  • Lead the renewal and negotiation of contracts while delivering revenue goals, maintaining a long-term growth focus.
  • Building research awareness in and outside of the organization: presenting at client and internal events;
  • Cooperating with the execution and operations team;
  • The person will be responsible for the sales target.
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in market research and/or in other marketing services sales;
  • Knowledge on consumer and shopper research methodologies;
  • Bachelor's Degree required;
  • Advantage of experience in working with FMCG, Retail or T&D;
  • Building strong relations with Clients, strong communication and Client management skills;
  • Sales and negotiations skills;
  • High say-do ratio;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft tools;
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
