Job Description
Survey quality testers serve as the single point of contact between the Global Operations team and the regional team, tasked with checking market research materials. Survey quality testers perform quality checks on study inputs/outputs to ensure high-quality survey materials, maintain project timing. They coordinate between internal stakeholders to ensure quality requirements of market research projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure standards and requirements are met on market research projects through performing quality control.
- Responsibilities include basic programming check, coordinating with programming teams and project management team to achieve high quality outputs.
- Utilize market research tools to review surveys.
- Execute and manage multiple market research projects at one time through the pre-field processes
- Perform administrative tasks including maintaining timely and accurate project documentation and timesheets.
Education and Experience Required: - Bachelor’s degree with computer knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Knowledge in international project research, 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Assertive, but flexible and positive attitude
- Ability to work Individually as well as in a Team environment
- Ready to work in any shifts
