Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide analytical intelligence to support business decisions
  • Support FBP and Market Commercial team
  • Participate in FP&A team way of work, rhythms, and output consolidation
  • Weekly update the files related to revenue forecasting, revenue on hand and pipelines
  • Prepare standard forecasting files
  • Participate to month end close (pre-close expenses, revenue status updates etc.)
  • Collaborate on planning cycle and reporting requirement to ensure deadlines are met
  • Regular updates on finance master-data (internal tools to be updated regularly with the input from sales and FP&A Manager)
  • Control and analysis on monthly closing (revenue & expenses check against USGAAP policies)
  • Participate in automation & process standardization for the respective scope of countries (covering both local and HUB perspectives) – part of finance transformation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • University degree (finance, accounting, business, or related field)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills - Computer skills: very good knowledge of MS suite. - Other accounting/consolidating systems are not mandatory but nice to have (Tagetik, Oracle, SAP)
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
  • Results-oriented, personality and ability to work against deadlines - proactivity in day-to-day activities
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and in a multicultural setting
