Senior Analyst, Retailer Customer Success

Job Description

Join our Retailer Vertical team where you'll deliver high-quality analytics to drive client success. Utilize a dynamic platform with diverse data sources, advanced visualizations, and powerful tools to streamline collaboration between retailers and suppliers. Your role includes championing client service excellence, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating on impactful research projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the manager in ensuring prompt service delivery to assigned retailers to achieve financial objectives and operational performance indicators
  • Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profiles to share with senior management
  • Enhance client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews, and respond to special requests with value-added analyses
  • Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials
  • Ensure revenue generation from assigned client portfolios and accurate contract costing to meet budget targets
  • Identify and recommend enhanced or new services that meet client business needs
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key individuals within client organizations

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is preferred
  • Passionate in market intelligence, research analysis or the FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; English and Cantonese proficiency is a must
  • Highly competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, functions, charts)
  • Aptitude for numbers and meticulous
  • Resourceful problem-solving and collaborative team player
  • Experience in solution and process automation by leveraging technology
  • Customer-oriented with good people skills; you will interact with a diverse group of clients
  • Able to prioritize a varied workload, and manage concurrent deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Additional Information

Hybrid-based role, must be physically located within Hong Kong and the applicant must be a Country/Region resident.
