ABOUT THE JOB

In your role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our current FMCG and non-FMCG clients by preparing proposals and delivering projects effectively.

Your role will include creating proposals based on briefs, calculating costs, negotiating with clients, and developing business with prospective clients (identifying and developing opportunities). 

You'll work closely with the execution team and participate in higher-level project tasks, like fine-tuning questionnaires, helping with reports, and presenting to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales to FMCG and non-FMCG existing Client/s (identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, costing, negotiating);
  • Developing new accounts by identifying prospective Clients, exploring opportunities, building awareness of research solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating;
  • Consulting on research methodology, research needs to Client;
  • Overseeing execution, and participating in execution in senior level tasks: questionnaire finetuning based on business needs, report and presenting to Clients;
  • Cooperating with execution and operations team;
  • The person will be responsible for sales target.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience market research/marketing;
  • Good knowledge on consumer research methodologies;  
  • Building strong relations with Clients, strong Client management skills;
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian;
  • High communication skills;
  • High level of responsibility, goal-oriented; 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Microsoft tools.
