Executive, Inside Sales (Sales Support/ Sales Operations)

Job Description
- Be a member of the Inside Sales processes to generate leads and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute effective sales campaigns, aligned with the sales leaders across the regions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content that supports sales efforts
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into sales strategies
- Organise and coordinate client events to forster relationship-building and enhance product awareness
- Utilize graphic design tools to create visually engaging and impactful sales materials
- Working on digital sales campaigns using Salesloft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn sales navigator
- Ability to translate analytics into key insights for content creation
Qualifications
You have a great eye for detail and you’re punctual. You have a commercial mind and know a thing or two about marketing. You like creating clarity in chaos, you’re not afraid to take the initiative and you are a self-starter. The ideal candidate has experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations within a multi-national organisation
- Bachelor's Degree, studied Marketing, Business or something similar at University
- Have 2 - 5 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
- Knowledgeable of pre sales processes
- Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications
- Be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Be excellent with visual designing
