Job Description

As a Survey Programmer, you are part of our operations team, a group of experts responsible for overseeing research projects from the start of the setup process until the final client deliverables are ready. You will assist with various projects for prominent companies.

As a member of the team, your main duty is to construct survey programs. Using your technical expertise, you ensure that the setup is accomplished in the most efficient and effective manner possible. You guarantee that data collection is impeccable and optimized for analysis and reporting. You also provide assistance throughout the entire project implementation, from building survey programs to conducting technical evaluations.

Responsibilities 

  • Proficient in survey creation, quotas, data export, data template creation, survey layouts, libraries, etc.
  • Programming online/offline surveys with required quality and productivity levels.
  • Understanding the project requirements.
  • Participating in meetings with co-workers to understand their requirements.
  • Undertaking quality assurance of online/offline surveys.
  • Interacting with commercial team.
  • Participating in internal projects.
  • Ability to seek support or advice when needed and take proactive action within your own scope.

Qualifications

  • About 2 years of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
  • Familiarity with basic programming concepts of Python, and HTML/XML/VBA/Javascript is preferred
  • Familiarity with Excel operations
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English. Japanese is an added advantage
  • Experience in Survey setup platform is preferred(Decipher, SurveyToGo,.etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, with good communication, self-learning, and logical skills
  • Interested in survey programming/web front-end design
