SENIOR DATA PROCESSING SPECIALIST

CGA team - Stockport office, UK

About this role

This role play a vital role in this process, overseeing a small team of Data Processing Specialists within their specialist practice area, with the support of their manager, to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved. Blending people, resource and project management, along with expertise in a specific territory and in CGA processes, the SDA guides their analysts to successful BAU and project outcomes: allocating tasks, supporting in query and issue resolution, running 1-1s, providing guidance and training, and ensuring way of working documentation is up to date. 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • People Management Experience would be a great asset
  • Interested in statistical data collection

Responsibilities

 

  • People lead experience - experience of dealing with people in previous roles either through task delegation, training or 1-1's etc.
  • No previous experience within CGA/ON trade required
  • Ambitious and eager to learn 
  • Career ambitions , as we're in a growing company there is opportunities for internal and external growth.
  • keen eye for detail
