Job Description

  • This role leads a team of Vendor & Finance management resources to effectively execute & manage vendor and financials processes in line with SOPs and local requirements for all DA Delivery collection services in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources
  • Familiarise with vendor details, services, exceptions, nuances etc inorder to manage and control them effectively for seamless delivery of our needs
  • Execute & manage E2E vendor payment processing  for each vendor for all countries & services in coordination with relevant functions inorder to pay vendors as per aligned schedule for each vendor
  • Understand country level & vendor level exceptioins, timelines, requirements, nuances etc in detail inorder together with local resources to bring standardization in future operations

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred (commerce / finance)
  • 8 years of working experience (preferably market research)   with Min 5 years working as people Manager
  • Proficiency in Business English and Multi country language proficiency is required
  • Highly effective communication skills matched with good presentation and influencing skills
  • Appropriately models and reflects the Nielsen values and leadership profile
  • Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly  evolving team environment
  • Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
  • Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology, CDAR tools and processes (preferred if its an internal hire)
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
  • Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
  • Product knowledge (preferred)
  • Business acumen with strong organisation skills
  • Strong Integrity Record
  • Multi country market knowledge (preferred)
  • Ability to engage, develop and grow talent
  • Good understanding of operational metrics
  • Technically savvy to work on analytical tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
