As SMB Client Sales Executive (Small Medium Business), you will be part of the Small Medium Business sales organization in NielsenIQ and will collaborate with the respective market Sales Team to generate revenue for the products you assigned for Small and Medium Clients in your respective market. 
To be successful in this role, you need to have a proven track sales record. You will be a team player that has a strong bias for action, and an ability to ‘find a way’ to overcome barriers and challenges. As we are a global organization, you will build networks, and work on assignments and opportunities across borders, which will require strong written and verbal communication skills. Existing/Previous knowledge and exposure to NielsenIQ retail measurement data will be a plus. 


  • Delivery of business Sales Medium Business target and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset 
  • To drive and champion a sales and growth mindset within the organization 
  • To develop right offerings for SMB, affordable price point to penetrate SMB clients 

 Financial Acumen 

  • To build and deliver the SMB annual operating plan, achieving revenue and cost targets 
  • To manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetings

Client Leadership 

  • Build SMB client prospect database 
  • Segment SMB clients by their data expertise & need state, to define relevant solutions that address their needs/ pain points 
  • Actively engage with clients & taking ownership 
  • Be the voice of SMB client into NIQ, and the voice of NIQ into the client 
  • To ensure client centricity and satisfaction 
  • To represent the NIQ brand in the SMB market, participating in external events and professional speaking engagements 

Curiosity drives your interest in what moves the market. A proven sales person, who can build and execute sales strategy and plan, and be accountable to sales operations, such as forecast and pipeline management. 
A team player, who has the ability to collaborate with peers, and contribute to the management team of NIQ Egypt. You’ll be responsible for listening to, discovering and understanding client needs to identify sales opportunities by leveraging NIQ’s unique value proposition. 


  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience  and proven sales results (Preferably in Market Research/ Sales/ Marketing/Trade Marketing) - Related industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consultative Sales, B2B 
  • Native Arabic & Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
  • Strategic sales and business development competency - Master full sales process from  lead generation to closing sales (FMCG sector experience/knowledge is an asset)
  • Excellent client management and relationship building skills and ability to converse with stakeholders in clients’ organizations, up to C-Suite level 
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategy and the use of market data
