Senior Executive Visualizer (Design Specialist) - Inside Sales

Job Description

At NielsenIQ Analytics, we enhance clients' sales strategies by optimizing price, promotion, and shelf placement. With purchase decisions made in-store, brands need effective distribution and sales strategies. As a graphic designer, you'll create visually compelling campaigns promoting our products and services to maximize our clients' store presence and optimize their retail investments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Create high-quality visual content for sales materials, including presentations, flyers, product sheets, infographics, email templates, and digital content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team to understand their needs and develop visual solutions that enhance their sales presentations and communications.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials adhere to company brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all sales and marketing collateral.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content that highlights the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on the sales team's needs and deadlines.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform design strategies and ensure materials are current and relevant.
  • Quality Control: Review and proof all design work to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with company standards and client needs.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from the sales team and other stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
 

Qualifications

You possess a keen eye for detail and maintain punctuality in all your tasks. With a strong commercial mindset and a solid understanding of marketing principles, you thrive on creating clarity amidst chaos. You’re proactive, not afraid to take the initiative, and excel as a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design within an Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations environment in a multinational organization.

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and design capabilities.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and web design principles is a plus.
