Project Consultant

Job Description

As a key member of the Global Advanced Analytics team, the primary role of the Project Management Consultant is to deliver analytical value to NIQ’s strategic clients. This role involves partnering with the Global Insights Lead and other internal stakeholders to define and deliver on the strategic insight agenda for clients. The candidate will act as a data analyst, consultant, and problem solver.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver analytical value on assigned briefs and ensure successful deliverables.
  • Leverage NIQ tools across retail measurement, GII (Global Innovation Incrementality), and other data sets to provide impactful and insightful analysis aligned with client business issues.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales teams, Data Modeling teams, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of project output deliveries.

ABOUT YOU

  • Confident in handling large data sets and using them to tell compelling stories.
  • Capable of thinking both at a high level and in detail about global and regional trends and understanding their influence on shopper and consumer behaviors in individual categories and countries.
  • Excited by change and progress, driven by curiosity, communication, and critical thinking.
  • Equally comfortable working collaboratively or independently, with strong project and workload management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in market research, business insights, or consultancy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Effective communication skills in a cross-country environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience or knowledge of key BI tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
