Job Description

We are looking for an apprentice to assist our Administrative & Financial Director and the management team with accounting and management control:

  • Participation in client recovery
  • Checking and monitoring supplier invoices
  • Preparation & improvement of monthly management reports
  • Formalization of financial processes
  • Support on certain legal topics

Qualifications

  • Student in the final year of a Masters programme (Master 1 or Master 2) in business school, with a specialization in Management Control;
  • Previous internship/apprenticeship experience in management control highly appreciated;
  • You have good accounting knowledge and a particular interest in data analysis;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the Office suite;
  • Excellent level of English AND French;
  • You are rigorous, methodical and autonomous;
  • You have a critical mind for analysing figures;
  • You have good interpersonal skills for interacting with various types of stakeholders;
  • You wish to work in a very dynamic professional environment that offers new challenges every day.
