Job Description

  • Draft detailed and tailored sales proposals
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders to advance sales discussions
  • Conduct targeted cold calls to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and update opportunity pipelines, monitor accounts receivable and unbilled items, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the sales and project management process
  • Rapid acquisition of proposal writing and market research skills expected within three months; independent proposal writing within six months

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of full-time sales experience in a client service environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with expertise in complex document frameworks
  • Clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Strong passion for sales and commitment to client success
  • Willingness to exceed standard expectations and pursue stretch goals
  • Effective collaboration with team members, internal stakeholders, and external business units
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in addressing senior audiences
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
