We have different products (Line & Price Optimizer (LPO), Forecast, Conjoint, Variety Rank & Sort, and many more) that address different pricing, innovation and portfolio needs, backed up by significant price & forecasting consulting experience--with both global reach and local presence. We provide robust business forecasts and actionable consulting by aligning our models to actual in-market data. Internally, we would be the ‘Centre of Excellence’ for any pricing & forecasting study and ‘Go to team’ for all methodology and executional challenges. The team offers a platform for direct engagement with CxOs, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams. You'll have abundant chances to contribute to prominent, high-impact projects, earning recognition within the wider BASES and NiQ networks. Additionally, you'll enjoy diverse opportunities to collaborate on a wide array of products and solutions spanning different categories and regions, fostering a steep learning curve for all team members.

Accountabilities Client Consulting

• Trusted partner: Understand the client needs, deliver with excellence, make an impact

• Subject matter expert for pricing techniques, including our flagship product LPO

• Expected to consult on the scoping/project design at the proposal

• Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations

• Able to handle complex presentations, or presentations with senior clients or tough audiences Commercial Leadership

• Collaborate with the market sales team to actively sell the pricing studies.

• Be proactive at collecting client business questions and understanding the objectives

• Alignment with client service/account lead on study design, business objectives and final recommendations

• Ensure all presentations done by reports tell a clear story, provide insights and actionable recommendations

• Resolve project issues on complex Line & Price projects Project Management

• Proactively identify and address client issues and needs

• Delegates, Supervises all stages of project management and monitors performance

• Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and according to client business needs and specifications, while meeting the company's quality standards

• Guide the analyst on project set up and analysis/calibration, review and finalize the report and finally present it to the clients

• Provide coaching and feedback on Line & Price project execution to other members on the team Thought Leadership- Integration

• Supporting commercial activities in terms of localizing the thought leadership materials

• Conduct training for BASES teams across Asia to impart strong Line & Price methodological expertise

• Work as a liaison between product team and Asia teams to disseminate latest LPO solution updates • Develops strategic understanding of industry trends, competition and opportunities

Qualifications

Requirements

Knowledge

  • Required
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and basic market research techniques
    • Excellent command of oral and written English
  • Desired
    • Knowledge of statistics and discreet choice methodologies
    • Knowledge and exposure to more than one market (worked preferably in the international arena/ client side/ agency side)

Education and Experience

  • Required
    • Postgraduate in Marketing, Economics or related field
    • Experience in team management (experience with matrix organization would be an asset) and strong leadership competencies
  • Desired
    • MBA / PGDBM
    • ~6-8 years’ experience in Marketing Research
