About this job 

In NIQ we are looking for an experienced consultant for the analytics (CMI) area. The consultant may give service and attend the research area of our clients. The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing client relationships by acting as a trusted adviser with a focus on retention and customer advocacy. A successful person for this role will be highly relationship driven, proactive and have an acute understanding of their clients’ needs and challenges. 

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure seamless execution of projects. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently.  
  • Deliver all projects with a focus on high-quality work and timely completion. 
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders across various domains. 
  • Utilize data analysis and interpretation skills to provide actionable insights for clients' business decisions. 
  • Employ a consultative approach while collaborating closely with clients. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, adept at conducting business discussions. 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. 
  • Extensive experience in data analysis. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in either agency or client settings. 
  • Proven track record in client servicing.
