The Users Engagement Specialist will be part of the customer success organization and will be an expert on how to increase customers and users engagement with the product

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be our user engagement tools expert for scale and automation
  • Help develop communication strategies to achieve certain call-to-action goals
  • Define user segments and target audiences for engagement rules and conversion based on business KPI’s
  • Establish a strong & effective customers and users channels working in collaboration with marketing, product & customer success teams
  • Define, create and maintain performance reports for better continuous improvement
  • Continuously find better, more effective ways to achieve goals
  • Execute ‘Voice of the customer’ strategy – conduct and analyze customers and ongoing users surveys

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and application to client-related business issues
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
  • Experience designing operational processes with scale at mind
  • Strong analytical aptitude, using data to extract continuous improvement decisions
  • Polished, persuasive, call-to-action communication skills with clients as the main target audience
  • Tech savvy
  • High level of Excel. Prior experience creating dashboards in Power Bi – an advantage
