Manager, Engineering - GCC Operations (INDIA)

So where do you fit here? NielsenIQ technology projects, like our clients, span the globe and require managers that can connect the dots for the big-picture strategy. As a anager at NielsenIQ, you will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives for India Global Capability center. Your projects may cut across time zones, clients, and technologies and it is your job to keep track of all the moving parts, bring people together across multiple teams and communicate to junior and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution all key Global capability center(GCC) level initiatives focused on innovation, ecosystem development, employee engagement, learning and development
  • · Work and collaborate with multiple business units Product, Operations, Technology, customer success, Finance Data Science operating out of India GCCs
  • · Capture Industry best practices from NASSCOM, Industry bodies and latest developments.
  • · GCC operations process standardization and improvement
  • · University and industry connect.
  • · Strategic demand and bench management at GCCs
  • · India GCC KPI/Metrics management covering employee engagement, HR, Financials
  • · Lead D&I, CSR activities for India GCCs
  • · Work closely with Leadership, planning townhalls and leadership connects.
  • · Act as the face of the program/initiatives and communicate progress to upper management and stakeholders.
  • · Adhere to standard GCC management processes, best practices, and tools to the organization, including architecture, cybersecurity, and quality.
  • · Track and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • · Reporting and Dashboarding preferably using Power BI
  • · Track and report on GCC budgeting and financials.
  • · Business resiliency and value creation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project/program management or similar role running projects
  • · 2+ years in GCC operations management
  • · Exposure to industry and university connect
  • · Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
  • · Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures
  • · Comfort working with senior-level management and virtual teams
  • · Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules
  • · Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • · You are the glue of a happy, high-performing, cross-functional team
  • · Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
  • · Experience in Power BI
  • · Bachelor's degree in engineering, business
