Job Description

This role is to provide support to the delivery team in managing coordination with all support functions and to provide on-ground support to execute administrative matters from the office. 

Responsibilities 

  • Providing continuous monitoring and controlling the field work in compliance with the NielsenIQ standards. 
  • Manage the monthly financial expense records and files as per the company policies for part time freelancers and vendors. 
  • Manage confidentially agreement contacts with cooperating stores. 
  • Take care of physical management of devices/assets (app update, readiness, delivery, etc.).  
  • Coordinate the incentives with Field Team Leaders at a country level 
  • Do comprehensive DAA analysis and provide support to Field Team Leaders and Delivery Leader with the findings. 
  • Drive Audit to Scan initiative and provide necessary support to execution team 

 

About you 

You are well organized, you are comfortable working with numbers and reporting information. You are accountable and able to meet deadlines. You enjoy working with a team and using digital solutions in your work, then we would like to meet you. 

Qualifications 

  • University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or other related field. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent organizational and process controlling skills 
  • Good business English 
  • Computer literate – Excell 
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure. 
  • Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics 
  • Work experience in FMCG industry, ideally at the retailer side will be considered an advantage 
  • Driving license
