Job Description

As a Product Designer , you will play a key role in leading design projects and driving the creation of exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research and testing, and contribute to our Design System to ensure a cohesive and user-centric product design.   

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead design projects through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to final implementation. 

  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. 

  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user requirements. 

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. 

  • Advocate for user needs and ensure the seamless integration of design solutions. 

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, supporting their growth and development. 

  • Continuously contribute to the enhancement of our Design System by introducing new visual patterns and components. 

  

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant UX/design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful design projects. 

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent. 

  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision to create interactive and engaging design experiences. 

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
