今回募集を行うAutomotive部門は、カー用品に関するPOSデータ(商品実売データ)や消費者調査の提案を通して、自動車メーカー/自動車用品メーカー/流通企業のマーケティング活動を支援しております。今回採用する方には、部門の一員として、クライアントへの調査企画提案活動、POSデータやその他消費者調査の分析やプレゼンテーション、クライアントニーズを踏まえたPOSデータベースの強化など、幅広い業務に携わり、部門の事業成長に貢献していただくことを期待しています。

As markets become increasingly globalized, GfK provides detailed market data, predictive analysis, and consumer insights not only for Japan but also worldwide through cutting-edge platforms. In 2023, GfK merged with NIQ, a leader in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, further expanding its consumer, channel, category, and regional coverage.

The Automotive department supports the marketing activities of automobile manufacturers, automotive parts manufacturers, and distribution companies through proposals based on POS data (actual sales data) and consumer surveys. The successful candidate will engage in a broad range of activities, including proposing research plans to clients, analyzing and presenting POS data and other consumer research, and enhancing the POS database based on client needs, contributing to the department's business growth.

  1. クライアント企業(メーカー、流通)からのヒアリング及びマーケティング課題の抽出
  2. POSデータやマーケティングリサーチのクライアント企業への提案
  3. POSデータやマーケティングリサーチの結果を基にしたレポートの作成やプレゼンテーションの実施
  4. 国内外のオペレーションチームと連携し、プロジェクトをコントロール

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting client interviews (manufacturers, distributors) and identifying marketing challenges
  2. Proposing POS data and marketing research solutions to client companies
  3. Preparing reports and delivering presentations based on POS data and marketing research results
  4. Collaborating with domestic and international operations teams to manage projects

資格

必須要件

  1. 社会人経験2年以上(日本国内の企業組織にて)
  2. 法人営業経験
  3. ビジネスでの英語使用経験(TOEIC700点以上目安)
  4. マーケティングリサーチ業務へ興味があること
     

あれば望ましいスキル・経験

  1. マーケティングリサーチ業務経験
  2. 自動車業界、自動車用品業界での業務経験

 

Must 

  1. Over two years of professional experience (within a Japanese company)
  2. Experiences in sales
  3. Proficiency in English for business 
  4. Interest in marketing research work

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience in marketing research
  2. Experience in the automotive or automotive parts industry
