Job Description

You will be responsible for management-related tasks based on instructions from Commercial Excellence, including:

  • Creating sales forecasts and improving the forecasting process
  • Analyzing forecasts, understanding business conditions based on analysis results, and explaining business conditions to management
  • Managing sales performance against forecasts
  • Supporting the management and operation of company-wide projects handled by multiple departments
  • Supporting the creation of business status presentation materials for the headquarters in APAC
  • Personal Assistant to MD
  • Office administrator

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have experience in the following areas within a business company (2-3year):
  • Creating sales forecasts and analyzing sales forecasts (sales analysis)
  • Sales budget formulation and sales performance management
  • Preparing sales reports and chart materials for management

Required:

  • Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher)
  • Numerical analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (to create sales management materials)
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills (to create presentation materials for the headquarters and the entire company)

Preferred:

  • Salesforce
  • Excel VBA
  • Experience of Personal Assistant to MD
  • Experience Office administrator

Additional Information

Remote-hybrid based role, must be physically located within Japan and candidate must be a Country/Region Resident.
