Senior Tech Delivery Specialist - SAP MDM/ SAP MDG Specialist

As a Support Analyst, you will be part of our Enterprise Application department (EAS) especially SAP. Your main task will be the whole master data management within SAP. Now we are looking for you - a experienced and highly motivated Support Analyst which supports the master data management process within GfK for SAP.

You will be responsible:

  • Master Data Management within SAP (esp. for the modules FI/CO).
  •  Creation/ Change and lock of master data in SAP.
  • Providing and Adjustment of request forms as well the respective documentation Reporting
  • Approval of tickets for master data creation Vendor
  • Reconciliation of process changes and implement these changes
  • For Process optimization
  • Supporting Business Departments in terms of master data
  • Functional Lead for external supplier which is support (cognizant)
  • Training
  • Escalation and clarifying pending master data topics
  • Creation of guidelines
  • Project support (Migration of master data, Training,…)
  • Supporting the integrated MDM solution for NIQ/GfK

Requirements

We look for a profile with complementary skills, such as:

  • Familiar with SAP modules Finance, Controlling, Sales Distribution, Material Management 
  • Knowledge of master data management processes
  • Proactive and good communication skills
  • Experience in managing external suppliers which supporting NIQ/GfK regarding master   
  • data management
  • Work in international environment
  • Requirement gathering and evaluation of new or adjusted MDM processes
  • First escalation stage

Qualifications

  • Experience in working with SAP
  • On top, your English communication skills are great, you are a team-Player

MDM  

  • 6-10 years of experience in SAP MDM/ SAP MDG
  • Create/ Change/ Lock SAP master data
  • Provide and maintain requests forms, documentation audit
  • Prepare reports
  • Release tickets
  • Reconciliation with business departments to manage process changes or new processes
  • Optimization of processes
  • Support of business units regarding master data
  • Functional support for running projects and country specific master data requirements
  • MDM trainings
  • Clarification of open topics issues
  • Creation of SOP´s
  • Migration support
