About the role 

As an Organizational Effectiveness Workforce Planning Lead, you will be instrumental in driving improvements to organizational designs and ways of working with a specific focus on our commercial operations. You will lead strategic and operational workforce planning initiatives in line with business strategy and priorities.  portfolio processes.  You will be a critical partner to global and regional business partners on all aspects of organizational transformation and providing a clear playbook for organizational change. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive workforce planning through building optimized resource models for a complex and matrixed organization, focused specifically around sales and commercial. 

  • Identify/Develop workforce planning and management tools that can be applied to, and improve commercial operating performance 

  • Prepare management reporting and monitor performance by collecting, analyzing and summarizing performance data and trends 

  • Support the development of a common framework to identify the critical capabilities needed for short- and long-term organizational success and understanding the talent requirements that will fuel growth. 

  • Consult with HR Business Partners and the business to frame complex and often unique problems by diagnosing performance gaps related to people, processes, structures, and overall culture and engagement. 

  • Contribute to the evolution of an Organization Effectiveness toolkit facilitating process improvement, innovation and embedding of best practice. 

  • Work as part of a team on large-scale organizational effectiveness transformations taking leadership for planning and executing workstreams in line with a wider program plan. 

  • Evaluate the impact and outcomes of the organizational transformation and cultural change programs and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Influencing key stakeholders and leading on change initiatives to ensure the organization successfully adapts to new ways of working. 

  • Provide effective training and coaching to upskill business leaders and HR colleagues as they learn and apply the Organizational Effectiveness methods and tools to achieve positive change and business results.  

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent business experience 

  • 5+ years of experience with organizational development, workforce planning processes 

  • Experience of using, and/or developing organizational resource models and frameworks in an external, or internal consulting role 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business processes and financial data in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Change Management experience 

  • Demonstrated passion for organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and driving commercial excellence. 

  • Robust organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
