Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts with finesse and expertise. With 8+ years of proven success in recruitment, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand organizational needs and market dynamics. Your strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and ability to manage complex and senior-level requisitions will drive the success of our recruitment strategy. As a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will provide market insights, drive process improvements, and champion employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Responsibilities 

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, leading regular meetings to discuss recruitment needs and strategies. 

  • Independently create and execute sourcing strategies, providing support to team members in strategy creation and overcoming challenges. 

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process, planning future steps and actions with consideration of long-term implications. 

  • Share weekly updates with stakeholders, seeking feedback for continuous improvement and maintaining transparent communication. 

  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to create and execute recovery plans as needed. 

  • Process data in the ATS accurately and regularly, identifying bugs and suggesting improvements. 

  • Maintain a compelling pitch about the company, increase business acumen, and support team members in candidate closing activities. 

  • Embrace change positively, serving as a role model in change execution and suggesting solutions based on insights. 

  • Run social media campaigns and involve stakeholders in social media actions, utilizing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) when contacting candidates. 

  • Propose and organize employer branding activities such as career fairs, actively researching and suggesting events to participate in. 

  • Manage complex and senior roles efficiently, handling up to 20 requisitions simultaneously. 

  • Support events and research potential events for participation, presenting ideas and benefits to the team and Team Leader, and actively participating in event organization and coordination. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in a corporate environment. 

  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including experience with full-cycle recruitment. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills, with the ability to provide market insights and guidance to stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in data management, including regular and accurate processing of data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to analyze metrics for process improvement. 

  • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members, as well as providing guidance and support in candidate closing activities. 

  • Exceptional proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Experience managing complex and senior roles, with the ability to efficiently handle a large volume of requisitions 

  • Proven ability to support events and research potential opportunities, as well as actively participate in organizing and coordinating events and employer branding activities.
