Junior Customer Success Manager

Job Description

Purpose of the role:

  • Strategic partner to our local client

  • Internal and external innovation agent. Drive change for faster reaction to changing market requirement.

  • Experts in their market (industry, products, channels etc.)

 

You will:

  • Understand and work with Point of Sales related data with the client.

  • Becom a market expert for the handled category / industry segment.

  • Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients.

  • Co-develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions.

  • Co-develop use cases with clients that show the value of GfK data and their outcome for the clients.

  • Be certified CSM (Customer Success Manager).

  • Build market and specific for the company products’ knowledge.

  • Collaborate with account management at the pre-sales and renewal stages, co-identifies sales leads.

  • Collaborate with other business unit teams.

You have:

  • Ideally first working experience

  • Interest for Digital, IT, Consumer Electronic and Toy product categories and markets

  • Excellent Ukrainian and very good English language skills

  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams

  • Passion, dedication, and commitment

  • Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically.

  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
