Job Description

This role supports quality validations of field collection activities to achieve high level data collection and data quality.
This involves quality alerts validation, resolution of alerts and exceptions, and providing quality insights for Field team.

Job Responsibilities

  • On time QCT alert validation
  • QCT alerts combinations monitoring tracker
  • QCT alerts trends revision and alerts validation quality by auditors, stores
  • Interpret information from multiple sources – QCT alerts, Reports, LHHT Validations
  • Use map services, review alerts, chat online, review dashboards and guide teams in the field to improve their data collection
  • Quality insights reporting (as per defined frequency)
  • Real-time validation actions with the Field team
  • Proactively identify market/store trends
  • Data-driven action points to Field team (periodic: weekly/monthly)
  • Responsible for critical quality KPIs compliance.
  • Action planning and resolution for KPIs improvement (in collaboration with the Field team)
  • Effectively communicate in both virtual and face-to-face interaction and meetings
  • Follow up field visit queries aligning to Field team and reporting
  • Identify training needs for continuous improvement in understanding the process
  • Offer assistance to others on the team in a positive manner and display leadership and team player capabilities to create solutions to everyday challenges for data acquisition. Build engagement and motivation with the Field team
  • Proactively find root causes/ solutions for daily operational or client issues (e.g CI, Hot Spots)
  • Provide timely coaching to associates for better performance (Snr QCT Analyst)
  • Responsible for providing inputs to upgrade the system & make recommendations for better quality alerts

Requirments:

  • College degree preferred (depending on the market minimum years of experience may be stated)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in the local languages of the markets in scope - Polish, Czech, and Slovak is required, while Hungarian proficiency is considered advantageous.
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology, CDAR tools and processes (highly preferred)
  • Effective communication with a troubleshooting approach including probing and listening, anticipating and providing solutions
  • Professional maturity with others and to work, which enables effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office, Chat s/w)
