Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Project Management

  • Collaborate with Commercial Team to examine the survey link setup, including logical settings and wording
  • Help the Programming Team to set up quota settings (e.g. gender, age, brand, etc.) for each vendor
  • Gather each vendor's redirect links and provide them to Programming Team for setup
  • Suggest the appropriate minimum Length Of Interview (LOI) according to the median LOI during the soft launch for quality control
  • Monitor the survey quality of each respondent with quality control tools
  • Help Commercial Team delete the sample if it doesn't meet the quality control requirements, notify the vendors and update the completed quota
  • Recruit the respondents to boost the quota that the vendors unable to complete


2. Vendor(s) Management

  • Negotiate the quotation with the vendors and notify vendors what option had been commissioned and what the contract price is
  • Elaborate project requirements to the vendors and make sure they are clear on what quota to meet
  • Monitor vendors' progress and quotas
  • Provide all the necessary materials (e.g. survey links) and support to vendors, and make sure the Programming Team had granted vendors access to view the completed sample count
  • After Field Work ends, check the final sample size completed by the vendors and the contract price; and help vendors with the payment request

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome, at least a bachelor's degree holder in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • TOEIC scores over 700 points. Great oral and written communication both in Mandarin and English.
  • Prior experience in team or project coordination and management is an added advantage
  • Ability to solve the problem proactively and to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, patient, hard-working, sound logical thinking; and equipped with a strong marketing sense
  • Outgoing and not afraid to talk to strangers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e., Formulas, Pivot table, etc.), PowerPoint
  • Has a basic understanding of the following tools: Python, VBA, Power BI
